These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hardik Cabs website and cab booking services. By making a booking you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & fares

• Quoted fares are estimates unless explicitly confirmed as fixed by our team.
• Tolls, parking, state permits, and waiting charges may apply where relevant and will be communicated upfront when possible.
• Outstation packages are based on agreed kilometres and duration; extra usage is billed as per company policy.

Cancellations & changes

• Free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup for standard bookings.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a nominal fee.
• Rescheduling is subject to vehicle and driver availability.

Passenger responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup location, contact number, and flight details where applicable.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time; waiting charges may apply after the complimentary grace period.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are not permitted unless legally allowed and pre-approved.

Liability

Hardik Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, airline schedule changes, or events outside reasonable control. We maintain appropriate insurance for operated vehicles as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
